Cross Curricular and Whole School Projects
Holocaust Memorial Day Exhibition
Year 9 created memorials, artwork, poetry and research projects as part of a Cross Curricular project on the Holocaust. I curated and displayed the work in an exhibition. The exhibition was used by teachers as a teaching tool.
Remembrance Day Poppies
Every student from KS2-KS5 created at least 1 poppy to contribute to this Whole School Installation art piece. I organised students to thread each one onto strings to then hang across the Atrium Hall, for all to see.
Decades Project (Online)

The Art Department, In collaboration with Humanities and Music, developed project based Cross Curricular projects for KS3 during the extended online learning period. Year 9 looked at 'Decades' and each week approached the theme from different subjects point of view and using a range of presentation and research skills.
Arts Week and Open Days
Art, in collaboration with Music and English, organised an 'Arts Week' in which students had the opportunity to take part in a range of creative workshops, exploring different themes and cultures. This culminated in a presentation and performance day to showcase their learning.
